Does not leave alot of choice in foods to buy and eat unless you buy off brands even genric brands are likely mfg'd from same list of companies. That is real control. How insidious and sinister.

Eric that is not a defense symptom I hope,.,, nobody said anything about shareholders being evil  or perversive did we?  I thought we were discussing the facts that Monsanto has their hands in many pockets and that Snopes seems to sway opinion through disinformation.  I simply want to expose the facts that many of "them", the corporate food processors of the world, are involved in poisoning us through our diets because they are "trusted" household names and we have many links through out the site exposing just that.  You may find the "Search the Periled Sea" box in the upper right hand corner a real assist in Topic searches and finding links.

I dont trust snopes... the info they put out sometimes is skewed.

Thanks for the Snopes update.. and if the list were available we would post it.  As it is we've added a great link two comments below that has a few names you may be interested in.

Since we don't see the original post in FB it is hard to determine where that information was gathered from... whether it is direct ownership or through subsidiary companies and holdings under different names, etc.  Snopes digs but often not deep enough.
